ESTATE RULES

Dear Guest, wishing you a pleasant and comfortable stay, below you will find the rules and regulations for the apartment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The Cascina Trevo apartment is reserved exclusively for the guests staying in the apartment; therefore, access is not permitted to unauthorised persons. You may take possession of the accommodation from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10:00 am on the day of departure; times are flexible.

POLICY

Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date. From the 15th to the 7th day before arrival, 50% is charged. From 7 days before arrival until the day of check-in, 100% is charged. The deposit required to secure the booking is 30%. It must be paid within 2 days of the reservation and is non-refundable.

TOURIST TAX

 In the Municipality of Spotorno, for holiday homes the tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night for up to 5 days. The tax is reduced by 50% for those staying in accommodation facilities due to work-related needs in the Municipality of Spotorno, documented by the employer. Children under 12 are exempt.

NO SMOKING 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment/rooms. 

LAUNDRY

Linen for the apartment is provided in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return at the end of your stay, any damage or breakages will be charged to the guest.  

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Each apartment/room has a safe where you can store your personal belongings. Agriturismo Cascina Trevo is not responsible for them.  

PETS

Pets are allowed on the property with a supplement of €10 per day per animal. In public areas, they must be kept on a leash. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest. Agriturismo Cascina Trevo is not responsible for pets.

BREAKFAST 

Breakfast is served buffet-style on a panoramic terrace.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. It is included for stays in the rooms; for stays in the apartments it is available at an extra charge of €10.00 per person per day.  

INTERNET

The property offers free Wi-Fi for guests to access the internet.
