More than 100 hectares of land bathed in sunshine for most of the day, 350 meters above sea level, and an open view of the coast: an authentic setting that preserves the estate’s agricultural character while pairing it with attentive, discreet hospitality.

Past, Present & Future
Since 1984
The story of Cascina Trevo begins in 1984, with a simple, down-to-earth vision: to cultivate the land and, over time, create a place made for welcoming guests.
Angelo laid the foundations, Luciano strengthened its identity, and today Valentina and Federico continue to grow the estate with an eye on the future. Generation after generation, the same care for the land and for hospitality has remained.
Here, farming and hospitality coexist naturally. The commitment to sustainability isn’t a passing trend, but a responsibility toward the land—and toward those who will come after us.
The property offers carefully finished rooms and apartments, outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery, shaded gardens, a barbecue area, and a sea-view pool, along with zero-kilometre produce from our own vegetable garden. Every detail stems from the same idea: bringing together simplicity, quality, and well-being.
